Tidy up text copied from PDFs, documents, emails or other tools. Choose what to clean, then copy the result.
Options are applied in the order listed. Your original text is never changed; the result appears in the cleaned text box.
Text copied from a PDF often has a line break at the end of every printed line, double spaces and stray blank lines. Start with the defaults. If sentences are broken across lines, turn on Remove all line breaks, then add paragraph breaks back where you need them. Check hyphenated words that were split at the end of a line, because the cleaner does not rejoin them.
Text copied from chat tools, web pages or email can carry inconsistent spacing and extra empty lines. The cleaner tidies that formatting only. It does not rewrite, fact-check or detect AI-generated writing, so review the content itself before you publish. Our guide on what AI writing can and can't do covers what to check.

The cleaning runs as a script in your browser. The text you paste is not sent to WriterFlowLab and is not stored by this page. As with any website, avoid pasting highly sensitive information into tools you do not need to use for it, and remember that browser extensions on your device can read pages you visit.
